About Us
The Workforce Development Collaborative's mission is to provide transformational opportunities through collaborative workforce development training and employment programs. We are committed to creating pathways to break the cycle of poverty and provide a way to make a living wage.
With more than 25 organizations involved in the collaborative and growing, we have become the first stop to find partners for WFD in Buffalo.

To connect organizations and people together to better help each other and the community
Community Tool to Find Organizations Specialized to Helping Their Problem
With our community maintained list of organizations, community members are able to find and reach out to an organization that are a good fit for their needs.
Inter-Organizational
Communication
We provide a forum where members are able to reach out and respond to others. This forum is integrated with email in order to improve response times and encourage members to reply to posts and questions. Members are able to post flyers and any other documents they want to share on our cloud.
Facilitate Collaborative Projects Between Organizations
With our several tools we are able to foster partnerships between organizations. We are generating a more efficient environment within Buffalo to create the city we all wish to be a part of.
